Reason for Building:

Dedicated to the pioneers of the area and for the 80th anniversary of incorporation of the Village of Sheho and the creation of the Province of Saskatchewan.

Additional Information:

The name "Sheho" is Cree for Prairie Chicken. The monument was erected as a Saskatchewan Heritage Project.
