When Built: 2000 Dimensions: Height: 11 Feet (3.4 Metres) Width: 22 Feet (6.7 Metres) Construction Materials: Pipe on concrete bases Location: Highway 15 West side of Outlook and Highway 15 East side of Outlook.

Reason for Building:

In this instance, the rainbow refers to the numerous rainbows created daily by farmers in the district irrigating with their sprinkler systems. The word "Outlook" at the top of the rainbows make reference to the town as a "look out" regarding its geographical location.

Additional Information:

The project cost $20,000 to build.
