Reason for Building:

Town Mascot and Economic Spin-off. Kenaston is also known as the Blizzard capital of Saskatchewan (hence the snowman).

Additional Information:

Meldron Plastics Ltd. of Regina also built the Santa Claus in Watson, SK.
