Person in the first photo is the sculptor, Wayne Arthur

Wayne created the eyes seperately out of a glass like material (including a pupil) and installed them last. The deer received a face lift in the Summer of 1999.

Wayne Arthur also designed the Mushrooms in Meleb, MB and the Mallard Duck in Petersfield, MB.
