Reason for Building:

There was initial plans for the owner to build an Inn on that location, called the Rosary Inn. He ended up having just a sawmill instead.

Additional Information:

At one time there was a sign saying the world was going to end in XX number of days. When that did not happen, the owner left it up for awhile and then quietly took it down.
