Reason for Building:

It is used as an Ice Cream Parlor, Teahouse, Candy Shop and gift shop.

Additional Information:

The main floor features a 36 seat teahouse and a stone grinding flour mill. The gift shop on the second floor carries wooden shoes and other specialty items. The staff are in costumes.

Apparently, there are large wooden shoes in which you can have your picture taken.
